About Us
This will be the sixth year that SFP Seattle has been the lead organizer for the MLK Day/Season of Service in Seattle/King County. Our mission is to honor the life and legacy of Dr. King by recruiting volunteers from diverse backgrounds to help organizations that help at risk youth and to involve those youth in community service. Our goals are to expand MLK Season of Service each year so that more volunteers commit to ongoing volunteer opportunities during MLK Season of Service and throughout the year.
