Passionate About:

I have been passionate about world issues for a while now that has pushed me to study International Relations. I hope to be an ambassador for the United Nations one day and focus on eradicating human trafficking, providing clean water to families, and making sure that every child and gender gets the chance at an education. I pride myself on being a socially responsible leader and being very open-minded. I love to learn from other cultures and religions by surrounding myself with diverse groups of people. People say that my generation is made up of the future leaders and I believe that if I work hard enough for the good of human kind, that I could have the honor of being one of them.

Global Brigades USA is the world's largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization. Our mission is to empower volunteers and under-resourced communities to resolve global health and economic disparities and inspire all involved to collaboratively work towards an equal world. Since 2005, more than 30,000 volunteers from 800 university groups have traveled to implement our nine skill-based programs to benefit more than 600,000 community members in Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and Ghana.
