I am overjoyed (CRAZY EXCITED) to announce that I've been given the opportunity to travel to Bocas Del Toro, Panama this Summer on a Medical Outreach trip through Michigan State University! Myself, including other Msu students, will be working in mobile clinics where we will have the opportunity to intake patients, conduct public health surveys, take vitals, shadow local physicians, work in the pharmacy, teach education classes, and have the chance to experience first hand, medicine outside of the United States. As this is an incredible opportunity for me to help provide and distribute medication and medical care for those in need, it is also a costly one.
As a student my budget is tight (non-existent) and any help making this trip a reality for me would be incredibly appreciated. Your support means a lot to me and every dollar helps provide medical care to the people of Panama and helps with my lodging expenses.
