Hello! My name is Lindsay, and I am deeply passionate about making a difference in healthcare. My journey is driven by a commitment to helping others, continuous learning, and advocating for underrepresented communities who often face barriers in accessing quality health services.

As a public health advocate and future healthcare professional, my mission is to support individuals who are overlooked or underserved in traditional healthcare systems. I believe everyone deserves compassionate care, respect, and access to resources that promote their well-being.

Through my education in public health at CU Boulder, hands-on experience in patient care as a CNA, and my focus on improving health equity, I am striving to be a force for change in healthcare.

VAW Global Health Alliances (VAW Global) is a global health and development organization committed to cultivating sustainable and equitable partnerships with local communities and professionals through support and capacity-building for essential and accessible health services. Our focus is to work hand-in-hand with local initiatives and leaders to provide communities with improved access to medical, dental, and veterinary treatment, medication, nutritional security, clean water, and health education.

VAW Global Health Alliances develops community health systems while providing interns the opportunity to work alongside experienced local healthcare professionals. VAW Global Outreach trips provide interns with an opportunity to work first hand with experienced local professionals in the fields of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine and sustainable development.
