VAW's Baltimore Chapter is a completely student run organization located in Baltimore, Maryland. During the Summer of 2018, our chapter will travel to Cusco, Peru to perform medical triage. Our members will perform alongside doctors to provided clinical health care to citizens of Cusco, work alongside children in local schools to promote healthy habits.

Any amount of monetary donation is appreciated!
Here are examples of what your donations will contribute towards:

- $20 can buy 2,000 Vitamins for adults, which goes to help patients who lack regular nutrients in their diet.
- $50 can buy 250 tablets of Ciprofloxacin, which goes to treat patients with bacterial infections.
- $300 can buy 200 bottles of Children’s Acetaminophen, which goes to treat children with cold’s and flu’s.
- $500 can buy enough medications for one mobile clinic day and treat up to 100 patients.
- $1750 can pay for a student’s program fees.
- $3000 can pay for medications for an entire team’s trip (6 mobile medical clinics).

VAW Global Health Alliances (VAW Global) is a global health and development organization committed to cultivating sustainable and equitable partnerships with local communities and professionals through support and capacity-building for essential and accessible health services. Our focus is to work hand-in-hand with local initiatives and leaders to provide communities with improved access to medical, dental, and veterinary treatment, medication, nutritional security, clean water, and health education.

VAW Global Health Alliances develops community health systems while providing interns the opportunity to work alongside experienced local healthcare professionals. VAW Global Outreach trips provide interns with an opportunity to work first hand with experienced local professionals in the fields of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine and sustainable development.
