I am so excited to have this opportunity to visit the Dominican Republic this coming winter break! Practicing dentistry is my career goal and seeing it in this different environment is going to be life-changing and so rewarding. Any contribution to our efforts is welcome and so appreciated! Volunteer Activity Description

Join Virginia Tech on their Dental Outreach trip to the Dominican Republic this winter break! We will have the opportunity to learn about various dental procedures, such as cleanings, restorations, fillings, and extractions, learn about the current healthcare system in the Dominican Republic as well as lead public health classes for children!
