VAW Chicago Medical Outreach trip to Guatemala, December 2015/January 2016

Monika's Message

Hey everyone! I've recently decided to go on a medical brigade to Guatemala this winter to help those in need. Volunteers Around the World is an organization committed to improving the standard of living in our global community. A group of us will be there for 2 weeks and even the smallest donation would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)

Volunteer Activity Description

Join the VAW Chicago chapter as the lead a Medical Outreach trip to Guatemala this winter! Volunteers will work in mobile medical clinics, where they will have the opportunity to intake patients, conduct public health surveys, take vitals, shadow local physicians, work in the pharmacy, teach education classes, and much more!
