UGA Medical Outreach trip to Peru, May 2016

Madison's Message

I'm eager to do my part and help give back to poverty stricken communities in Peru. Help me reach my goal of $1650 so I can volunteer shadowing doctors while bringing medical supplies to remote villages of Peru. I'm excited to meet new people who share this passion and submerge myself in a new culture for 2 weeks this May.

Volunteer Activity Description

Join the UGA chapter as the lead a Medical Outreach trip to Peru this upcoming summer! Volunteers will work in mobile medical clinics, where they will have the opportunity to intake patients, conduct public health surveys, take vitals, shadow local physicians, work in the pharmacy, teach education classes, and much more!
