Since childhood, I have always been apart of many community service programs and helping others has always been an honor. VAW has given me an opportunity to not only travel but to be able to help the underserved communities in different countries.

Volunteer Activity Description

Join the California State University, Sacramento chapter as the lead a Medical Outreach trip to Dominican Republic this upcoming summer! Volunteers will work in mobile medical clinics, where they will have the opportunity to intake patients, conduct public health surveys, take vitals, shadow local physicians, work in the pharmacy, teach education classes, and much more!
