My passion lies with child/adolescent health and development. From a very young age, I knew that when I grew up I would be a caregiver and an influential being to those around me. Although I know what my passion is, I am not completely sure where I would be most effective. Rather it be in a hospital, a school, or in youth centers; though, I have decided that the best way to find out is to try them all! This Medical Outreach assignment in Panama will be a great experience for me. It will give me a better sense of what life would be like if I became a doctor.
