While on a Medical Brigade in Ekumfi Ebuakwa in December 2013, UCLA met a gentleman named Franis Hagan. Francis has a large hernia, which requires surgery to reduce.

Emmanuel will be having his consultation for surgery at Saltpond Hospital in January 2014. After this consultation, the Referral Team in Ghana will have a quote for the cost of surgery and the details of what his treatment will entail.
