My name is Emily Hernandez, and I am a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Redlands, majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish. I am currently involved with VAW, an organization that provides medical services to low-income communities around the world. This year, I have the privilege of participating in a medical internship in Panama, where we will offer healthcare to individuals who have limited or no access to medical care.
