As a third year undergraduate at The Ohio State University, the opportunity to see and be immersed in other cultures is a major reason I would like to go on this trip. Additionally, the ability to provide clinical care to rural communities in Guatemala will show me a unique aspect of healthcare that will be formative, as my trip to Peru was.
