The students and faculty of the Mercy College Graduate Program in Physician Assistant Studies are embarking on an international medical mission to Nicaragua, a country in central America, in May of this year.
Nicaragua is the largest and poorest country is Central America the second poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. It faces many health challenges related to poverty, malnutrition, limited access to health care and inadequate hygiene and sanitation Medical facilities are very limited and medicines are in short supply.
Your donation will make it possible for us to provide medical care to an underserved population. Your contribution will make an enormous difference to the people of Nicaragua by helping to provide for much needed medical attention and supplies.
