Scott Bell is a 32-year-old former semi-professional footballer who represented numerous North East clubs and at his height was representing Blyth Spartans in the Conference North.

In May 2011 he was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease which came as a huge shock to us all.

Following his diagnosis, Scott is set on bringing more attention to his condition and raising money to contribute to on-going research, which is currently looking at the causes of the condition and ultimately a cure.

In November 2011 I will be fighting in my second boxing contest. My first fight, which took place on May 20th 2011 was a great success knocking my opponent out in the second round. (please see photos)
