About Us

New York PHB was founded in the spring of 2009 by Laura Solia and Gladys Reyes and went on its first brigade in August 2008, working in the village of Los Pajarillos. The March 2010 brigade worked in Joyas de Caballo, and the upcoming August 2010 brigade will continue this work. The group is currently led by co-presidents Meredith Miller and Nicole Harty.
