Hi everyone!
My name is Melissa Fluke and I'm a freshman at UNC Chapel Hill as a planned Nursing major and Spanish minor. I'm a very outgoing, energetic person always looking for new ways to get involved and help people. I love to have fun and in my free time I enjoy water skiing, reading, playing soccer and volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.

I'm very excited about going to Honduras over Spring Break with UNC's Global Dental Brigades. I love to volunteer and my favorite experience doing so was volunteering one summer at Duke Children's Hospital. Hopefully I can use my experiences there to help me in Honduras. Also, I love to speak Spanish and this trip will be a great way to put my skills to practice.
