My dream is to one day work on a medical boat through the U.S. navy as a medical doctor serving underserved communities around the world. Global Brigades would simply give me a taste of this dream and further empower me to chase it. With the knowledge and first hand experience with the conditions of rural communities abroad, I can spread the knowledge and properly educate those who do not understand what it is like to live outside of our normal conditions. Maybe one day, through time, education, experience, and patience, I can help make this world a better place for everyone.
