As a pharmacist, I plan to promote the future of the profession in gaining more health care responsibilities. Volunteer Activity Description

Real world medical experience. Real world change. The University of Toledo chapter of Global Medical Brigades will be participating in a week-long brigade in Honduras over winter break. During a Medical Brigade, volunteers have the opportunity to take vitals and patient history in triage, shadow licensed doctors in medical consultations, and assist in a pharmacy under the direction of licensed pharmacists.
