I am most passionate about fostering genuine relationships with others. I strive to create an accepting environment that accommodates all types of people across any "border". This mindset inspires me to participate in extracurriculars and has allowed me to create and develop diverse relationships. My friendship has transcended developmental boundaries with friends I met through Best Buddies and socioeconomic borders with my younger mentee through Big Sister of Greater Boston. I intend to make genuine friendships across geographical borders as our Global Medical Brigades group travels to Nicaragua this summer. Everyday I work to deepen my relationships with others: I make it a goal to put other’s needs before my own and to love those closest to me little bit more every day.
