Hi, my name is Britni Tran and I'm a second year pre-med student at UC Davis! As a member of Global Medical Training Club at UC Davis, I've been given the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic this coming September to provide free health care services through a medical clinic to anyone who may need it. I'm excited to not only gain some clinical experience on this trip, but to be exposed to a different culture through interacting with the local patients as well. I'm looking forward to positively impacting the lives of those in the Dominican Republic and growing as an individual because of it.

Although this trip is only a week-long, the cost of traveling abroad is still quite hefty. I'm asking for the support of my friends and family to help sponsor my trip so that I can help provide medical care to the people of the Dominican Republic.
