Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to read about my trip to Nicaragua! I really appreciate it.

Growing up, I realized that I belonged in the medical field because it is the best environment for a hard working, intellectual, and passionate individual like myself to thrive in. My journey through life has brought me to where I am today: a student in the Physician Assistant program at Philadelphia University and I can't believe soon enough I'll be able to join the dynamic medical community. I think it's really important to be able to give back to the world around us in any way possible from simply smiling to a stranger to being able to provide medical attention and resources to individuals around the world. This trip to Nicaragua is my way of being able to give back to my community while being able to pursue something I am deeply passionate about, medicine. Volunteer work has always been a key aspect of my life from interning at a local pediatrician office to spending time with residents at a nursing home and it will continue to be in the years to come. I am so excited about my trip to Nicaragua and I would really appreciate your support whether it is a donation or just wishing me luck on my journey.
