I am extremely passionate about helping others be successful as well as helping to create a better environment and improving our climate. I am looking forward to meeting new people and learning about their cultures. Our main goal as a club is to help a community in a foreign country thrive and grow. We help provide the resources for the project that we will be working on (it is still being decided). Last year, a group of us traveled to a town in Peru and built a small local library. I decided to join this club not just for the traveling experiences but also to help to start give back to my community, I believe that it is important to thank people and to give back for what they have done for us, in this case it is own town and school. I hope this trip with open up other doors that will lead my friends and I to other service projects.
