My Yoga Teacher Training has opened my eyes and heart to all the wonders that this ancient practice has to offer. It's more than my downward dog on a mat and the meditation that quiets my mind. It's also the answer to the question, "Can I make a difference?", and with seva, the answer is yes.

Seva yoga is usually described as the art of selfless giving but Swami Niranjan describes it as an expression of compassion for others and a genuine desire to uplift those around you.
