As part of our strategic plan to create cross-cultural activism and awareness around international maternal health issues, One By One has started a Young Global Leaders Program. Young Global Leaders serve as a vital resource to connect our local community to One By One’s work in Kenya by working together to create awareness and encourage conversations about global and maternal health, gender equality, and development.

Through the Young Global Leaders Program, we hope to spread the word about obstetric fistula, especially on the local level and in the high school age group, to create a movement around these pressing issues.
