Rebuild Nepal: The Internship

Oliver's Message

On April 25th, 2015, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal, destroying more than 90% of homes in several districts near the epicenter. Through the volunteer group Rebuild Nepal, I am raising money so I can go over there this new year and help with rebuilding efforts. Having recently graduated from architecture school at UVA, I'm hoping to use what I've learned about construction to help those whose lives have been shaken by the earthquake.

Volunteer Activity Description

Are you looking to serve? To join community, build and creatively solve challenges as you develop skills in rural community work? If so, consider our internship program, offering 1-5 month programs over the autumn winter seasons to give you the chance to have an even greater impact on the Nepali families that we serve in Sindhupalchok.
