Mercy Hearts For Haiti, Children of Christ Orphanage:
The orphanage began in 2003, when many Haitian parents would send their children to Dr Acene & Annerithe Jean Pierre for cure of their sickness. However, after treating the children for the cost of 10 cents, the fathers and mothers would not pick up their children. Dr Acene & Annerithe adopted these children, who would have otherwise been left on the streets. However, many other Haitian families notice the trend and began \"sending their children to be cured\". 10 years later, today, Dr. Acene & Annerithe have adopted 52 children in their orphanage in which they built, however they are not able to financially support the children by themselves. They\'ve began selling their valuables in order to support all 52 children, but their needs are urgent. It costs about $3500 per month to feed all the children, buy clothing, and maintain the orphanage. They will be very appreciative or any amount of donation.
