Hello!

In February, I will be traveling to a rural community in Panama to volunteer with the Dalhousie Global Public Health Brigades. I chose the global brigades because of their mission to create long-term sustainable changes among the communities they affect. By working along side locals we hope to provide useful skills and resources that will improve both health and quality of life beyond our stay in Panama. I look forward to both learning from the community and sharing my knowledge of health and disease prevention. This is a great cause to be apart of and I hope for an amazing experience for both myself and the community involved.
