Christina's Message

I am passionate about Health Education and Public Health Initiatives that help to empower communities, advocate for policy changes and promote healthy habits. I chose to do a Global Health trip to complete my Master of Public Health to learn medicine in a different perspective. Also, to broaden my knowledge regarding community health care, patient management and patient education when resources are limited.

Volunteer Activity Description

The name of the project is E’Kubo, and its mission is to bridge the gap between the United States and developing countries by providing global experiences. During the March 2020 program students will develop public health education for communities in rural Kamuli Uganda. Come and join us on this global learning adventure.
