BU Global Medical Brigades

We are so lucky to be living in a city that has multiple hospitals and clinics at our reach. We are lucky to be living in a country where we could easily walk, or drive to a pharmacy and seek medications we need. We are so lucky to have the knowledge and resources necessary to take care of ourselves. Unfortunately, others are not as lucky as us.

I am an Undergraduate at Boston University and I am involved with Global Medical Brigades @ BU. I am writing on behalf of the organization. Our mission is to provide sustained health care relief to underserved communities throughout the world. Our current emphasis is to help impoverished villages of Honduras in collaboration with one of their country's most highly regarded nonprofits, Sociedad Amigos de los Niños led by Maria Rosa Leggol.
