I am passionate about international development because I believe everyone has the right to happiness, health, safety, and justice. Poverty is rooted in inequality, but inequality is not indestructible. I am majoring in international development so that I am well prepared to support developing communities throughout my career. My time in Kenya this summer will give me experience on the ground that will enhance my classroom studies next year. Thank you for your support.
