I am passionate about caring for people in need and serving my community. Currently, serve as a volunteer firefighter and EMT in Loudoun County, Virginia. In my free time, I play sports such as lacrosse and basketball. During my sophomore year of high school, I studied Medical Sciences at The Academies of Loudoun. Following this, I began the two-year Medical Laboratory course also offered at The Academies of Loudoun. I have participated in medical organizations in the past, and have thoroughly enjoyed these experiences. I look forward to this trip as it will empower me to care for people of another demographic. This experience will also allow me to gain more experience in caring for people while there is a language barrier.
