    Crean Lutheran High School aims to improve health care access and sanitation infrastructure for children in under resourced communities abroad. Health Squads are designed for aspiring health students to build medical knowledge through skill-based volunteering, build cultural competency through immersion, and deliver real impact through our local team by participating in live clinics. We are a chapter of Squads Abroad, a 501c3 non-profit working to improve health, education and economic outcomes in the developing world with our parent organization Global Brigades.

Volunteer Activity Description
Global Health TeleSquads build medical knowledge through virtual health care programs that deliver real impact by implementing mobile medical clinics and participating in live telemedicine consultations through our local teams in Honduras. This innovative program incorporates live patient consultations, interviews with physicians, medical Spanish, and epidemiological case studies.

Sessions: Each Monday from 3:00-4:30pm PST
Student program donation: $45 per student
School program donation: $150 per student (CLHS is donates on behalf)
