Fundraising Campaign Description:
As a young organization that sends funding directly back to a village of women in Uganda, our goal is to be completely self sustaining. However, while we're getting through our first year, we are sending almost 100% of funds coming in back to Uganda, leaving not very much to cover Nakate's costs as a business.
What this means is that our goal for our first year is to rely solely on private donors to cover our travel to Africa, administrative costs and materials (if it works, we'll continue to do so!).
This summer, we are looking for a large amount of individuals who are willing to donate $5 each to costs incurred by the Nakate team. This is just one more way to help us practically spread Africa.
